How to get there?

There are two ways to get to Silale Swamp Picnic Site: by road or air. If you are traveling by road, you can hire a vehicle, join a tour group, or use a rental car. The roads leading to the park are well-maintained, but it is recommended to use a 4×4 vehicle. If you are coming from outside the country, you can take a flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, which are the closest airports to Tarangire National Park.
