Communal Areas

Upon arriving at the camp, you will be welcomed into the pleasant mess tent where you will find the communal areas. The lounge is a comfortable and inviting space, complete with plenty of plush sofas, chairs, and even a few pouffes to sink into after a long day of exploring the Serengeti. A chunky coffee table and a selection of books and magazines are also available to make you feel right at home. For those who want to take their Serengeti experience to the next level, there is even a telescope available for viewing the passing wildlife!

On the other side of the mess tent, you will find the dining area. With a large round table surrounded by directors’ chairs, this is the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal with your fellow travelers. The bar, situated between the lounge and dining areas, offers a variety of refreshing drinks to enjoy during your stay.

Outside of the mess tent, a fire pit is located a short distance away, with seating spaces scattered throughout the area for taking in the breathtaking views of the Serengeti.

Guest Accommodation

Serengeti South’s guest accommodation consists of six luxurious tents, each positioned well apart from the others for optimal privacy and in the shade of the beautiful acacia trees. Inside each tent, you will find a large wrought-iron double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a writing desk and chair, and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. Floor rugs add to the overall sumptuous feel of the space, while the private veranda, complete with a comfortable daybed, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

En-suite Facilities
